I. No Refund, Return or Replacement

1. No refunds, returns, or replacements are applicable once an order has been confirmed.

2. This policy applies to all products, including handmade, personalized, and customized items.

3. Refunds, returns, or replacements will not be provided due to change of mind or personal preference.

4. Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing product details, sizes, colours, designs, and personalization information before confirming their order.

5. Minor variations in colour, texture, size, placement, or finish may occur due to the handmade nature of our products and are not considered defects.

6. Products that have been used, altered, damaged, or improperly handled after delivery are not eligible for any refund, return, or replacement.

II. Personalized Orders

Customers are requested to carefully verify all names, photographs, messages, dates, and other personalization details before confirming their order.

Once an order has been confirmed, changes or cancellations may not be possible if the product has entered the preparation or production stage.

III. Shipping

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery information when placing an order. Messy Artistry | By Vee is not responsible for delays or unsuccessful deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.
